The same 3-axis servo drilling head with 8 vertical drills, 6 horizontal drills, and 1 saw blade handles top-face and edge drilling at production speeds. Automatic tool measurement and safety mat are standard.
The 4000 X Line Faster shares the same drilling architecture as the X Line HS — 8 vertical drills, 6 horizontal drills, 1 saw blade, 3-axis servo technology, 1300mm panel width. The difference is the milling unit: where the X Line HS uses 2.2 kW, the Faster steps up to 4 kW. That's nearly double the cutting power.
That power matters for shops processing thicker panels, denser materials like solid surface or composite substrates, or running aggressive milling operations where the 2.2 kW unit would slow down or wear tools faster.
