The Holemaster 4000 C Line 6X Faster Plus is the most automated machine in the Holemaster lineup — the C Line architecture with an integrated outfeed conveyor as standard equipment. Dual milling motors on both top and bottom enable simultaneous grooving and routing on both surfaces. The machine can finish all tasks in a single pass or process two workpieces at once, minimizing production time and operator handling.
The 4000 C Line 6X Faster Plus takes the C Line architecture to its full expression. The integrated outfeed conveyor is no longer optional — it's standard equipment, designed for continuous production where panels exit the drilling cell directly into the next operation without operator handling. The conveyor pace matches the C Line's 140 m/min feed rate, eliminating any throughput bottleneck at the machine exit.
The Plus also adds dual milling motors on both top and bottom — meaning grooving and routing operations can happen simultaneously on both surfaces of the panel. For shops where standard grooves run on both faces (drawer slides on bottom, dado grooves on top, etc.), this is a meaningful capability addition over the standard C Line.
The machine can finish all six-sided operations in a single pass or process two workpieces simultaneously, depending on the program. For high-volume cabinet manufacturers running continuous production, the C Line Plus is the most automated single-machine solution in the Holemaster lineup.
The 4000 C Line 6X Faster Plus ships with integrated outfeed conveyor as standard equipment, plus all C Line standards — dual top drilling units, air-float tables, CNC clamps, dual milling motors, and barcode reader. Laser part length measurement is available as an optional upgrade.
