The Holemaster 4000 Smart 6X Faster combines the 1+1 six-sided drilling architecture with the automatic tool changer (ATC) of the Smart Faster. All six sides of the panel are drilled in a single pass while the 4-slot ATC cycles through different milling tools automatically. Multiple milling profiles per panel, top-and-bottom processing, and full multi-tool operations — all in one continuous cycle without operator intervention.
The 4000 Smart 6X Faster is the most automated machine in the 1+1 configuration — combining the X Line 6X Faster's six-sided processing with the Smart Faster's automatic tool changer. For shops running complex jobs that need both top-and-bottom drilling AND multiple milling operations per panel, the Smart 6X Faster is the only single-machine solution.
The 4-slot ATC manages four separate milling tools automatically — rough cuts, finish cuts, profile cuts, and specialty operations all cycle without the operator touching the machine. The 4.5 kW milling unit handles heavy operations. The top drilling unit (8 vertical + 6 horizontal + 1 saw) and bottom drilling unit (10 vertical) work simultaneously on each panel.
